We recently finished this project on Town Mountain. Given the steep lot, we decided on a small footprint three level home. It have great views to the East, great south light in the living spaces. In addition to our signature energy package, this home has cool steel and cable railings inside and out, lots of natural maple trim, doors, and flooring and European style Maple cabinetry.
